“Dhishuum”, the boxing-glove logo, the mascot, our taglines, the look and feel of the website and app, and our domain names (together, the “Marks”) are the exclusive property of Dhishuum. We own all rights, title and interest in the Marks, including the rights that arise from our use of them (common-law rights), and we may apply to register them at any time. The absence of a registration symbol, or a registration that is pending or not yet granted, does not waive or weaken any of our rights.
All goodwill from any use of the Marks, authorised or not, belongs to us alone. Nothing on this website or in this policy grants you a licence or any other right in the Marks, whether by implication, estoppel or otherwise.
Except for the limited uses in section 3, you may not use the Marks for any purpose without our prior written permission. Permission is granted or refused at our sole discretion, covers only the use and materials we approve in writing, is non-exclusive and non-transferable, and may be withdrawn or changed at any time. Permission given once is not permission for later uses. Silence, delay, or our failure to object to a use is never permission, and we do not waive any right by tolerating a use.
Even these uses must not suggest sponsorship, endorsement or any connection with us, must not make the Marks more prominent than your own name, and must stop if we ask you to stop. They never include the logo.
Without our prior written permission, you must not:
Pretending to be Dhishuum, or running a site, app, account, email, message or advertisement that imitates ours or could make a reasonable person believe it comes from us, is prohibited. If you see one, report it to us at once at rafinsight@gmail.com.
We monitor use of the Marks and will enforce our rights. Unauthorised or improper use may amount to trademark infringement, passing off, unfair competition, cybersquatting or copyright infringement under the Trade Marks Act, 1999, the Copyright Act, 1957, the Information Technology Act, 2000 and other laws of India and of other countries, and may carry civil and criminal liability. We reserve the right, without further notice, to:
If permission is withdrawn or ends, you must immediately stop all use of the Marks, destroy or delete all material that carries them, and, if we ask, confirm this to us in writing within 10 days. On request you must show us any material that carries the Marks.
Nothing in this policy waives, limits or gives up any right or remedy we have under any law, grants any licence, or accepts any infringing act. We may change this policy at any time; the version on this page applies from the date shown. This policy is governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over it, without limiting our right to take action elsewhere to protect the Marks. These words are provided for general information and are not a substitute for legal advice.
Names, logos and brands that appear in polls, comments, news items and tags belong to their owners. Their appearance on Dhishuum does not imply any relationship with them. If you believe content on Dhishuuminfringes your trademark, tell us through the Help form (choose “Copyright or trademark”) with details of your mark, your registration number if any, and the content concerned.
To ask for permission, write to rafinsight@gmail.com with your name, the exact use, where and for how long it will appear, and a sample. No use is permitted until you receive our written approval. To report misuse of the Marks, use the same address.
